Do you need to buy a new bed on a budget?

I love to sleep and often sigh with contentment when I snuggle down. And, since having kids, I have loved to wake up early, jumping out of bed before everyone else, making a strong coffee and enjoying the silence of a sleeping house.  Recently it hasn’t been quite so much of  a ‘jump’ out of bed.

I sometimes  get lots of aches and pains when I wake up in the morning. I was starting to put them down to my age till I stayed at some friends who had this great bed and I had no aches at all the next day. I think we could well be in the market for a new bed or at least a new mattress.

Mattresses aren’t cheap though and instead of a new bed memory foam toppers might be worth considering as a good value alternative.  A memory foam topper fits over your existing mattress to add a layer of memory foam comfort to your bed without the need for a totally new memory foam mattress

If your mattress is worn out (for example if your children have been over enthusiastically jumping up and down on it)  it is a better idea to get a full memory foam mattress as just a topper won’t provide the support needed for a good night’s sleep. However if your mattress is okay a mattress topper will do the job at just an absolute fraction of the cost…..doesn’t that sound fabulous! (there are lots of nicely priced ones at zleeps.co.uk )

By the way of you odnt sleep well I strongly suggest you take a look at these Sleep tips from the NHS

I agree, mattress toppers are a really cheap alternative to buying a brand new mattress and can really make a difference to a hard or too soft bed.
