Easter is just round the corner and Spring is in the air. It feels so good to finally be able to say that. this has been one long and chilly winter time.
I do absolutely adore Easter, the pretty spring flowers, gentle, warming sunshine, time off work and school and of course I have to be honest I rather love the chocolate treats too.
Oh my goodness I have just been sent an Easter Goody Bag from Hotel Chocolat to trial (such a hardship) I have to tell you it is absolutely full of treats and just the cutest of goody bags
My children just loved the bunnies one opting for the caramel bunnies and the other the milk chocolate. They were just delicious.
We tried the Raspberry Egglets and a trio of Scrambled Pralines and declared them just as delicious. The little slab of salted caramel. I have stashed that in my handbag for chocolate emergencies. What lovely treats.
