This week I am loving tomatoes and peppers and red onions and a little bit of balsamic vinegar ( do like it on crusty bread though!)

I lost another 2lb this week and I now have 60lb to lose. So its took 11 weeeks of dieting to lose 10 lb so at this rate it will be next Chirstmas before I am at target.
OH that sounds like forever (little voice) need to step it up. Back out ocme the Easytones and the WII and I am going to try scheduling workouts in my diary.
Any good advice anyone?
Ohh you’ve done fantastically well to loose 10lb that’s a huge amount especially if you lay it out as bags of sugar!!! Weight lost over a longer slower period is more likely to stay off. Just add a teeny bit of exercise, 20 mins a day – xxx
