Tinkerbell cake

Tinkerbell cake

Drumroll please …these are the first cakes I’ve made (not from a packet mix) in about 20 years……………………..

Tesco cupcake competition

A true fairy cake

I am unbelievably proud of this ‘Tinkerbell in a spotty dress’ cake. Annalise (aged 3 ) and I  piped, stirred, beat, got flour all over the floor and our hair, it took ages we made a mess and look! we did it YAY!!!!! And honestly, it tasted a MILLION times lighter and nicer then the just add an egg to the box ones.

Home baking is cost effctive and great fun and kids love it. I think I will be having a go again!

What are you waiting for!
