I love that the sun has started to seep through the grey and the flowers have decided to wake up at last. It just makes you feel so much happier doesn’t it.
I am sure people are smiling more, slowing down a little and looking better already and we have only had a couple of sunny days so far this year.l
Yesterday we went up to our attic and dug out our summer clothes but I did look in despair at the summer dresses and shorts (and not just because I have put on a few pounds since then.) Although I no longer want to be stuck in jeans or woolly tights its not really warm enough yet for summer dresses and shorts and t-shirts. But I also don’t want to buy a whole new wardrobe to get me through Spring.
A few lovely cosy Spring knits are just what I need, to layer over t-shirts and summer dresses but to keep out the chill too.
I have been looking at cashmere knitwear for women and have found some great value pieces. My absolute favourite has to be the cable tank top/ So useful and so cute too! It’s 30% cashmere and 70% merino and great value at £28. I want one in every colour!
Cardigans are my go-to item in my spring wardrobe and a great cardigan in a neutral colour will take you through both spring and autumn.
