Blimey we used a lot of batteries this Christmas. I don’t know about you but we open up all electrical items and get them working and unwired to the boxes then pareel them back up to save messing about on the day. WE used LOADS of btteries. huge thanks to Duracell who sent me some of their Ultrapower batteries which are meant to last ages to test – what a great and timely gift! I think if you give a toy that needs batteries then you should provide the batteries if you can. they can be pricey. It cost me nearly £5 to buy the batteries for one toy!
