How to…… have a Body Blaster workout (Resolutions + a review)

If you want 1 on 1 attention from a personal trainer you  can save up really hard or can do it the cheats way. Peronally I love Davina McCall. She comes to visit once a week (or so) and she sets me through my paces  Well…I have her dvd, my three 30 minute workouts.  I love it. She’s been my very own personal trainer for a while now. I think she set me back £5 (ebay)  for probably about 100 sessions Not bad hey! Trouble is she really doesn’t shout enough if I don’t turn up or if she sees me avoid her and pop a rom/com on instead. Oh well.

I have just tried out a new personal  trainer (again of the DVD variety)  Bev Callard is better known as Liz Macdonald in Corrie and she has just bought out Body Blaster her new fitness DVD. I am determind to be fit and slim this year.

Body Blaster contains the obligatory warm up and cool down and has 6 exercise routines (which is enough variety I think to keep it fresh) Have to say they are pretty pacey and definitely fat zapping !  Quite a bit more energy busting than I’m used too but then I’m pretty low key in relation to exercise!  In addition there is a good sense eating plan and a chance to see how others have done on Liz’s programme. I  am in no doubt if followed regulary this would be very effective. Unfortunately I am only allowed to keep the disc 2 weeks for review and it was over Christmas so I have only done it twice…I would recommned it.  It cost £12.93 on Amazon and I probably will purchase it.

    I think this is a great buy. I was lucky enough to take part in this DVD so I can confirm it does work (and in 12 weeks). Over the years i’ve tried the usuall fitness gimmicks, joined gym’s and have an endless collection of dvd’s so it’s great to see a Good selection of workouts that work the whole body and chisel those problem area’s.

    As I didn’t really need to lose weight i did need to tone up, especially stomach (after having 2 kids). I followed the eating plan and exercised 3 times a week. I lost inches and dropped a dress size.

    If your a busy mum who wants to look and feel better then this is the one for you!
