How much do you think Daddy earns each year? £30,000
How much do you think Mummy’s car cost? £6000
How much do you think we spend on food each week? £100
What do you want to be when you grow up? Sports journalist
What do you think that job pays? £30,000
If mummy gave you £100 what would you spend it on? Save it for when I’m older

What is your best money saving tip? Don’t spend your money on rubbish
Do you think we should give some of our money to charity? No, unless you have a lot of money
In conclusion…..Sam knows a whole lot about money I was impressed and despite not knowing what thrifty means I think he’s probably the thriftiest child we have ever had interviewed. Great job Sam!

What an astute young man! He will definitely go places when he is older. Good head on his shoulders!
Well done Sam, although I do think there must be something you want to buy surely?
haha this makes me laugh as since then he was pestering me for pocket money to go to an under 16’s night so he did more chores to earn money for that…and now he wants Fifa 15…so I’m guessing he wouldn’t save it until he was older after all!
Thanks for having us Becky
