Go anywhere blind
easyblinds was borne out of the frustration, exhaustion and desperation caused by babies and children waking at daybreak and unwilling to sleep when light outside!
As many parents of young children know, light at bedtime is rarely conducive to sleep, and as every parent knows, everything is easier when you are getting enough sleep yourself!
Stick on pack
After struggling to get my baby daughter into a good sleep routine, a friend introduced me to Gina Ford’s Contented Little Baby book. The change was dramatic, the benefit of complete blackout indisputable! We hit on the idea for our original Velcro blackout blind, and sleep was ours again! The idea caught on, and after making blinds for friends, and then friends of friends (such was the demand through word-of-mouth), we decided to take easyblinds out of our darkened bedrooms and into the world. We set up a small business in 2002, working from home, and easyblinds has gone from strength to strength.
Our range now includes blackout kits for home and travel use, all designed to be easy to use and surprisingly inexpensive, given the quality of materials used.
Go anywhere blind
Easyblinds blackout blinds are sold as self-assembly kits and are available in white and cream. These light colours also help to keep the sun’s heat out, so that rooms can be kept cooler in summer. They are designed to sit unobtrusively behind any existing curtains or blinds, so that even with light voile, or tab-top curtains, it is easy to achieve total blackout whenever it is needed.
3 lucky readers will win a blind of their choice from the following options:
