Well another 1lb lost this week and that makes 33, the age I was when I had my first child. Wish I was 33 again. This Sunday I was 41 and I found a stray grey eyebrow hair!! What am I meant to do with that! Anyway I digress, the diet is going very steadily and on Sunday I did have a bit of a birthday blow out….but not too much as I stopped when I felt full, something I would never normally do.
We had a picnic and went to Tutbury castle to enjoy my birthday.
Picnics are nothing to be afraid of on a diet. I had a chunk of wholemeal bread; lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, sweetcorn and cucumber with a little balsamic dressing I also had my lovely Jenny Craig crisps (afternoon snack time early) and a big rosy apple and a few strawberries. (I also had a piece of cake but that was because it was my special day!)
1lb may not seem a lot but I am heading the way I want go and it is staying off and that’s great. I need to vreate a way of eating that i can sustain and stay really focussed. i am proud of how far I have come 🙂
Happy belated birthday!
