If you want some thing a little more away from the crowd though you can juts follow the beach around till you get to the Second Beach’ to the east, This rocky and sandy beach is much quieter and fab for snorkeling…so there really is something for everyone.
Banjo Pier
What a great name for a pier and it is so called precisely because it is in the shape of a banjo. It is made of stone and borders the eastern side of the River Looe as it separates the river from the East Looe beach. One very cool looking stone pier.

Looe Island
Looe Island is a stunning nature reserve that can be reached by boats from Looe Harbour and well worthy of a visit for the fabulous wildlife you will find there. You can also find the Medieval Lamanna Chapel that dates back to the 500s.
Looe Town
Looe Town is full of quirky shops, cosy cafes and galleries and a really fun place to visit. You will be spell bound by this picturesque town with it’s olde world charm.
South West Coast Path
The South West Coast path is considered to be one of the best walks in the world, spanning the coast from Minehead in Somerset to Poole in Dorset.
From Looe the route takes you past beaches with rockpools and into the cosy fishing village of Polperro 7 miles away and you can catch a bus back!)
Adrenalin Quarry
For families that like a faster pace Adrenalin quarry provides a different pace. There are zip wires and a giant swing, coastering and an aqua park – there is even axe throwing!
