Using an anti shopping list
Have you heard of an anti shopping list ?
Much fun as shopping can be, just like a cream cake it can leave you with regrets. it si hard to resits, adverts on TV for great deals, magazines selling us things on almost every page, this world of trends and fashions, commercialism and materialism that we live in.
It’s a flourishing industry retail and everyone everywhere will be pushing you to buy buy buy.
You would need an iron will to resist all that wouldn’t you? So on we go shop, shop, shopping again and again again. Getting ourselves into debt. Ending up with more stuff than we need. Adding to landfill.
If we all had an iron will we would be slim fit healthy and debt free wouldn’t we. Iron wills are not so easy to come by or to develop hence the huge weight loss market out there!
But what if you had a shopping list for a thrifty family – one like this
Print off your anti shopping list
Why not print this off and before you buy anything have a look through and see if there is a thriftier, less materialistic and more environmentally friendly way of doing things.
This is the probably the only shopping list that will actually save you money!
Happy anti-Shopping!

This is so simple but so smart! I love that it’s not just about doing without, although that’s always an option, but about being creative about getting what you need. I always feel better about being strapped for cash when it’s a creative challenge.
Love, love, love this simple and practical list! I write a frugal living blog in the US, and I would love to share this image (with a link back to your site, of course!). Please let me know if that’s OK. Thanks!
what a fancy way of saving i love it and lot of respect to the person who thought that creatively
