Lasting the distance
I have a pair of white lace up plimsolls that have seem me through several summers and knee high brown boots that have done the same through winter. Neither were particularly cheap but with were clearly a good value buy because they have lasted so long.
Classics
Over at MoZiMo there is a new brand represented that has some really classic footwear.
I love nude coloured shoes and sandals they go with everything and I am sure they make your legs look longer too. I certainly wear brighter colours in summer so nude sandals are a good buy to avoid colour clashes. They are what you could term an ‘investment shoe.’)
Claaisc shoes like these sandals and the boots below from Rapisardi footwear can be worn again and again and that is indeed good value fashion.
I have worn knee high boots evey wiwnter since I was 20 (thats a lot of winters!) as these shoes that are always in fashion.
One hit wonders
My most favourite ever pair of shoes was back in the 80’s. They were bright red and pointy pixie ankle boots and they had a crinkly texture lace ups and a buckle. I thought i was the bees knees. These wer regularly worn with leg warmers. oh I wish I had a photo to show you ! You’ll just have to imagine!
My most treasured keep for ever shoes have to be my wedding shoes which hardly even got seen my dress was so big but I loved them! They will always be on trend to me!
I’ve just glued the sole back on my fave boots because I love them so much….lol Simple black boots which are so comfy….I really don’t want to part with them but they don’t have long left 🙁
