1. A weekend away The worst thing about Christmas is that it’s over too quickly, and there’s a reason why January is widely regarded to be the most depressing month of the year. If you’ve got something to look forward to then it will be much more bearable, and if it’s something you can do together as a couple then it’s definitely something to look forward to.
