How to Make Your Own Christmas Decorations (a book review)

Make Your Own Christmas Decorations

On many levels I think it is a wonderful thing to make your own Christmas decorations. It is budget friendly, fun to do with the kids, something to really be proud of and a return to old fashioned values where not everything has to be put but love and time is put into the making,

Usborne books have come up with the most wonderful book:  Christmas decorations to cut, fold and stick.

Chritmas decorations to make

I love Usborne books we have many of thei books. They range from That’s not my reindeer, fairy, princess etc. …..in their plenty, to Fairy Make and Do, science experiment cards, cookbooks  and oh so many more. They really ‘get’ children at Usborne and they seem to make it their mission to encourage creativity.

This book is full of paper marked for you to cut and create decorations from. It has simple instructions too so you can make angels, paper chains , hanging decorations, stars, snowflakes and more. They look SO impressive and they are SO easy.

This could be the best £7.99 you spend this Christmas (but check out Amazon the books are currently £3.99 with free P&P!!)

Take a look at what me and my 5 year old made. We had such a lovely time and this book has loads and loads of paper so you will have hours of fun.

If you make your own Christmas decorations I would love you to send me a photo. As ever you can reach me at becky@babybudgeting.co.uk or alternately you can always comment or paste photo’s on my baby budgeting facebook page

Hello, i read your blog from time to time and i own a similar one
and i was just curious in the event that you get a large amount of spam feedback?

If that’s the case how do you protect against it, any plugin or what you can advise? I get so much lately it’s driving me mad so any help is very much indeed appreciated.
