Eden Hall Day Spa Manicure and Pedicure

Last Friday I went to Eden Hall day Spa in Nottinghamshire with a couple of my blogger friends to review their lovely facilities and beauty packages. Now despite being a thrifty blogger I really do believe in treating yourself now and again as I think it is good for the soul! Happiness is more closely linked to experiences rather than possessions so rather than buying more stuff your dont need treating yourself to a little pampering now and again is sure to set the heart singing.

I find January a grey month, Christmas over and the weather frankly rubbish so I was really looking forward to going to the spa.

Eden hall day spa is in the most beautiful building. It is grade 2 listed building set in beautiful countryside in the lovely village of Elston,

On arrival we had a coffee in the glorious conservatory and relaxed amidst comfy such huge glass windows and large soft sofas in our robes. Bliss. A lovely way to catch up with friends.

I had the simply spa package which included full use of the facilities including the pool and hot tubs steam rooms and a fabulous 3 course meal as well as the gym and relaxation room.  As an extra I also had a couple of treatments.

My treatment was to be a manicure and pedicure something I never do. How lovely it was to have my nails treated. I have NEVER had a manicure where so much attention was paid to the care and treatment of my nails. Their condition looks amazing!

I had a deluxe french manicure with Jessica nail products which I got to bring home. Such a relaxing treatment too and such a friendly therapist. I have some mobility impairments and she was supportive and flexible throughout my treatments.

My pedicure was an express pedicure (I can’t bring myself to put my toes on the internet!) and it was done in the new pedicure lounge. Wow it is just lovely ! You sit in a massage chair facing the most beautiful mural and you place your feet int his amazing footbath then your nails are filed and painted.

The therapists at Eden Hall are really well trained. Over the years I have had a few treatments and they really are frinedly knowledgeable and professional and everyone I have met there has totallly put me at ease. So important in a spa experience I thinjk.

One of the best things about Eden Hall Day Spa (and everyone I know who has been there agrees) is their food. It is AMAZING! They have several fabulous veggie options and the food is delicious, fresh and really well presented,. There is also a well stocked salad and veg bar to supplement your lovely 3 course meal. Shall I make your hungry?

Here is what I had….

What can I say the goats cheese and red onion tart, the cheese board and the roast parsnip soup…they were simple delicious!

It did me so much good to spend a little time with my bloggy pals Jen Amanda and Penny and be pampered and rest. I highly recommend it!

Thank you Eden Hall we will be back soon!

P.s. All prices are available on the website.  Oh and by the way 11-18th March they have a fabulous Time with Mum package packed with goodies for you and your mum for £120 that sounds wonderful and a great idea for Mothers Day!
