Review: Eee Pad transformer case & LA robe Moorea Air

I don’t know if you recall but a while back I was sent an Asus Eee Pad transformer to review. It is a rather fabulous thing that works just like an ipad (but is android rather than apple) it also has its own keyboard it can be slotted on top of. Anyway it’s great and perfect for when I am out and about. Much lighter than my netbook.
Because it is such a very new piece of kit there are not a great deal of
EEE Pad Transformer accessories out there for it. So it was wonderful to be sent this and to find the brillaint gearzapp website.
Eee Pad case
The  Asus EEE Pad Transformer case I was sent is very useful. It is strong and robust, wipe clean and smart looking. Everything I could want. It is also faux leather which as a strict vegetarian is very important to me. A complete winner for us. £27.99
A complete different case now,           moorea for air11
one for the more outgoing!
The LA robe Moorea is a brightly-coloured range of sleeves designed to protect the MacBook.  I think this is very summery and lots of fun!  The Moorea is a travel-friendly, resilient sleeve, really easy to slip in your bag. I like this a lot. Very lightweight too.
Available in pink, blue and green it’s suitable for the Apple MacBook Air 11, MacBook Air 13 and MacBook Pro 13. Moorea is a French Polynesian island and the inspriation for this range of sleeves hence the vid colours and funky flower design.
Technical bit
The sleeve uses memory foam; it is made form 5mm thick low resilience polyurethane material that regains its shape after being indented, meaning that the sleeve will protect the netbook from bumps and knocks. It also has an inner lip for maximum protection. Costs 24.95 See here for stockists
It makes complete sense to protect any expensive technology you own. it is always always worth buying a sleeve or case for your product.
