Really personal greetings cards – Timecarpet

Sometimes cards mean more than presents. We hold them, read them, display them and go back to them and for those that are really special we may keep them forever.

Timecarpet is a website with a range of greetings cards that hark back to all of our yesterdays. They’ve selected iconic and original content going right back to the 1950s to enable you to create something truly relevant and personal.

How about the top 10 music from the day week your parents married or from when you and your partner first met? What about the Beano cover or the Haynes car manual for the  first car your best friend had?  They really are fab and lots of fun.

You personalise the inisde once you’ve chosen your theme and timecarpet post your card for you.

Have a look, its a fun idea .£3.99  isn’t cheap for a card but you do get something very unique and if you can’t afford a gift a very special, personal  card can go a long way!

How wonderful.

I would probably do this if I wanted to not give a big present but did not want to just give a card for a birthday or anniversary. Very good for ‘special’ dates.

Thanks for this great review and further comments. I have just started and my whole intention was to create something for special moments that evoked personal memories for the recipient. I also wanted it to be a quick and easy process – as a working mother of three children under 8 (one baby boy), I never have the time now to trawl around shops trying to get that extra special card. Also, often cards that are not that great are still comparatively expensive especially if you have to post them – again the time factor with kids kicks in for me! I will be adding more content in the future and would welcome any comments and feedback. I can be reached at or at To celebrate the launch of and, let’s be honest, to get some sales going, I am offering 25% off cards bought before the end of December. If you could let your followers know the voucher code to enter at checkout – FACEBOOK25 – that would be fab and then they are a tad cheaper!

Great blog BTW, and I will be subscribing.
