Well as you know I have been struggling with temptations recently and not sticking to my diet and I have put on 5lbs in total over the last month. Whislt I am sad about this I have had a real hand to hold in my consultant and she has been motivating and consistently encouraging. I think having someone on my side to talk to honestly about this stuff is really helping me.

I feel I am finding my way back to the diet now. It has been upsetting that I have gone off track and I feel very cross with myself really.

I have been struggling to pinpoint what actually went wrong. I could come up with a million excuses but actually I think I need to follow the Jenny Craig mantra and think positively instead of dwelling on the negative.

I need to stay upbeat and driven and focussed,

I will keep going. I will not stay heavy for the rest of my days, I will get healthy.

This week I am having laser eye surgery courtesy of optical express. So it is all an investment in me just like Jenny Craig is.

    I find it really difficult to stick to a regular diet plan – hence for me, it’s 5:2 intermittent fasting, that way I simply don’t have to think too much!
