Introducing the fabulous Flexi-Bath (Innovative product review & 5 to giveaway!)

Thanks Emma for this brilliant product review.

A foldable baby bath doesn’t sound like it would be number one on a list of holiday essentials! Saying that, ever since my daughter was 3 months old I have travelled far and wide with her and I have learned that you can never rely on your holiday accommodation to provide all of the facilities you need. We have stayed in hotel rooms with no bath, and in others with a bath too deep to bathe a baby (and too small for baby and parent to share).

folding baby bath

The Flexi-Bath is coming with us on our latest adventure. When folded, it is compact enough to live at the bottom of my suitcase (although it may take up more of my baggage weight allowance than I’d wish). I have no worries about finding suitable facilities for my daughter while we are away. The great thing about the Flexi-Bath is that it is sturdy enough and large enough to be used as your main baby bath tub at home, as well as on the move.

At home, the Flexi-Bath has permanently replaced my existing baby bath. We rarely use a baby bath tub at home any more now that my daughter is old enough to sit in the bath unaided.  I was in two minds about whether to throw out my existing, bulky baby bath tub, or to save money and store it in the cupboard for possible future babies. The Flexi-Bath made up my mind. It is so compact that I can slide it away under the bed and use it when appropriate.  By storing it, I can save money by not forking out for a new bath in the future. The bath is suitable right up to 4 years old and claims to accommodate two babies at a time.

Flexi bath

The Flexi-Bath comes in a range of fabulous bright colours, has a robust drain plug and is BPA-free. It is available to buy from for £29.95.

Thanks Emma for this fabulous review.

Flexi bath folded

    Hi Becky, all subscribed!

Well, Little M and I need to win this because we don’t have a bath tub in our flat! (only a shower) and the poor little guy is well, not so little anymore and the tub we currently use is waaaaaay too small for him and his growing belly.

We would definitely benefit greatly from this giveaway!
    Best, Maria x

I have subscribed! I would like to win this bath for two reasons: (1) we’re about to buy a very very run-down house that needs complete renovation. The bathroom will be gutted and I have no idea where we will bath baby in the interim. Hubby promises me that it “won’t take long”, but I’ve heard that before when we lived in a half-finished kitchen for 6 months! The flexi-bath would save my bacon. And (2) In two weeks time we go on holiday and the accommodation in France has no bath – mmm, can’t really carry a baby bath on the plane and I’m scared that junior won’t go to sleep without the bathtime routine!

    Hi, I’m already subscribed.

I’d love to win one of these, what a great product, shame I didn’t have one for my daughter!

Both my brothers are expecting (well, not them, their partners obviously!) this year within a couple of days of each other! Pressie buying is going to be a dear affair. I’d love one of these for my younger brother. He and his wife maried a year ago, so although they’ll be settling down to family life, they will still want to get out and about and go away for weekends and stuff. This bath would be the perfect travel bath for them.

Thanks so much for offering this giveaway x

    Hi Becky!
I’d love to win one! πŸ™‚ Have been wanting to get one – they are made from Polypropylene (PP) and Thermoplastic Elastomeric (TPE) – both raw materials free from PVC, phthalates, heavy metals and other harmful materials. A really cool and toxin-free bath!

  15. June 8, 2010 / 1:36 pm

    How awesome are these!

I would love to win one for my baby (10 week old) girl (and 2 year old boy as it is suitable up to 4 years old!). My reasons are probably the same as many parents, the house is over run with baby/toddler stuff so anything that takes up less room would be so great, it’s BPA-free, fab for traveling and to be honest – it’s just plain funky!

With a small house and a baby on the way I am always looking at how I can make more room for the new babies thing. The flexi-bath is a genius idea I will be able to fold it up and store it and it doesn’t take up to much room. The other bonus is we can take it when we go camping camping.

I would love to win one of these fantastic foldaway baths for my little girl, for a number of the same reasons as some of the other parents here. For us the main reason would be space saving, we have a very small flat for the three of us, and every nook and cranny is filled with something that belongs to my daughter. We were using a bath support seat when she was younger which was bulky and difficult to use in our tiny bathroom. Now we have managed to pass ours on to a friend who has recently had her little girl, leaving us without any type of seat. My daughter hates being in the big bath and we were considering buying a baby bath (although we do not have the space) This would be the perfect option to ease my daughters anxiety and give us the flexibility of a stress free bath time.

We are also hoping to take our first family trip away in the summer and this would be perfect to take with us, I love how small and efficient it is, they are brilliant!

    I have also subscribed πŸ™‚

    I’m all subscribed.
I’m expecting my first child and I’m currently still getting used to the morning sickness! I really want one of these as it seems a fantastic space saver. We are currently running out of things to chuck out of our tiny, full, terraced house to make room for the bean’s (our current name for the bump) things and I don’t want another thing to worry about! So I’d love to win!

I would love one of these for my little man. We plan on going away to visit family all over the country in a few weeks and this would be a brilliant! Not all our family have got a bath big enough so wash him in!

    Thanks πŸ™‚

hiya, have subscribed with my yahoo, though my username is different to this email i provided. xxx

i would love to win this for my friend. i have not spoken to her in aggggeeeees, we used to work together, and you know how it goes you dont spend the time together so you drift apart.

we had a 3 hour chat last night and she told me she’s pregnant. baby is not due until december.

shes on her own but living with her nan. though i know she’s going to need loads as her parents are seperated so the more items she can get the better.

sorry for the long post but just want to help her to get as much as she can without her forking out for everything.

    good luck everyone else xxx

    Just subscribed to the blog…

This bath looks like a brilliant invention. I’d like to win it because it would mean getting rid of the big bath in our tiny bathroom is an option after all! My 8 month old could still have his baths and the grown-ups would get to shower and have room to towel dry as well!

This looks fantastic, I am finally pregnant with number two (hurray!) and this would be a God-send! Kieran loved his baths (and still does now) but we always found the bulky babybath an absolute pain to store, and in this house, having moved since Kieran was born, it would be a nightmare!! I can’t believe something like this hasn’t been invented before πŸ™‚
Grandma also loves giving babies their baths, she always has a change box full at her house, but obviously we can’t cart a big plastic beast of a bath around to Mums so she doesn’t miss out on the treat, especially as I don’t drive lol!!

  40. June 11, 2010 / 6:25 pm

all subscribed – would love one of these, am currently hanging bulky baby bath off side of shower in our tiny bathless bathroom, and I’d also be able to use it for our camping holidays πŸ™‚

Wow! What a clever idea I have joined the Blog thru Yahoo I would just love this for my 3 week old grand-daughter She does not have a baby bath at all so this would be perfect. Her Mom is living in a small place so the fact it folds away would be an added bonus And when she comes to stay with me, she can bring it with her!!
