Not far from where I live in Nottingham is Eden Hall Spa. I reviewed Eden Hall last year and concluded it was rather amazing . I am a big fan. Aromatherapy Associates Review
In idyllic relaxing surroundings where I sipped champagne and ate delightful canapes with my fellow bloggers (Jen, Penny and Amanda) I heard all about the aromatherapy range and how this help treat bodies as well as minds.

A willing guinea pig I had an aromatherapy eye detox treatment to help my eyes depuff and feel fresh. It was so relaxing and they did fell clean and wide awake as well as look it after. A lovely treatment and a good length of time for me.
Jen adored her aromatherapy massage and it had a huge impact on her. We all enjoyed it actually…very much. Apparently these treatments are selling really well but the quality of the products is really high and the smells are divine.
I will definitely be back for more!
I would love to try the anti ageing facial.
