Aldi’s Christmas Goodies
Earlier this year I did an Aldi’s taste test on my family and they came out really well for price and taste. Here is the latest selection of goodies from Aldi’s and our thoughts:
New! Baron Amarillo Rioja Reserva 2006 – £5.99, 75cl Available in stores all
year round. I don’t drink but my husband said he thought this wine was a really lovely fruity flavour and he would buy it.
Chocolate Reindeer – 99p, 120g This is a seasonal product on sale from 26th September 2011 throughout the Christmas period. Ashamed to say I scoffed the lot, great chocolate – totally yummy.
Specially Selected Luxury Matured Christmas Pudding – £3.49, 454g
This is a seasonal product on sale from 30th October 2011 throughout the Christmas period. We are saving this for the big day but it’s a good price and looks delicious.
Panettone – £4.75, 500g
This product is a Special Buy on sale from 1st December 2011 for as long as stocks last. Very tasty and really more-ish. Lovely cake,
