I am so pleased this week is my turn.
Last week was of course half term and one of my secret pleasures about half term ending is to read about the fab things everyone has been doing with their kids.
Hasn’t it been glorious weather!
First up is Liz who has been embracing natures playground on a trip to North Wales she has been allowing her daughter to take some risks and not a hint of technology or plastic are in sight. Such gorgeous photos too.
Annie at Mammasaurus shows off her kids antics in Climbing and odd eating habits with these classic moments of childhood captured. We all nod in recognition of these! ( Thanks to Annie for sharing this fabulous photo)
Over at Rainy day Mum Cerys and the kids have been making super simple lollies and Anna at the Imagination Tree is making Berry Smoothies with her kids Great to see kids getting involved in food prep and enjoying healthy eating too!
Over at Actually Mummy Helen and her kids have been out looking at bluebells, climbing trees too and just being. She makes an excellent point in her post its more fun outdoors
‘The thing that dawned on me quite quickly was that the children may moan about “going for a walk,” but once they’re out, they somehow find fun, and then moan about having to go home’
Gemma has been exploring street art and encouraging her little one to join in the Street Art: Upfest sharing what you love with your kids is a cool thing to do!
I’ll leave you with one perfect photo from Laura at Are we Nearly There Yet Mummy. Gironimo sums up her bank holiday and captures the spirit of many blogger families over the past week of sunshine!
Never let it be said parenting bloggers just write about parenting rather than experience it.I have seen a whole lot of great family stuff going on and it has made me smile.
