Next summer we would love to go to Lanzarote.
We like the look of the Sands Resort in Costa Teguise It has beachfront apartments. Can you imagine how happy my children would be just to wake up and see the sea! The lagoon is perfect for young children and there are no cars or roads on the resort. .
There are treasure hunts, face painting, quizzes, and fancy dress events in the kids club and massages and jacuzzi facilities for mums and dads. Water sports and golf can be arranged and a fabulous Aquapark nearby, There is entrainment if you want it or tranquil peace if you don’t.
You can self cater or take away food as you please and the on site restaurants sound amazing too.
But there is one special reason why this is our resort of choice.
Ice cream.
My kids LOVE ice cream and at Sands Beach Resort is the Paradise island complex. Over a bridge from the private lagoon, it has an ice cream parlour which makes its very own ice cream!
Oh yes… sunshine, fun, ice cream, relaxation and family with a big dollop of ice cream is what holidays are all about for us.
