Win a Hotel Chocolat advent calendar for two.

Yes the year is marching on and before you know it your kids will be up bright and early pouncing on their advent calendars.

But what about you? One of the sad realisations of growing up and having kids was that advent calendars and morning choccy for breakfast became a thing of the past. Not fair when I am the one who needs all that energy for packing lunches, making breakfasts, sorting clothes the school run and working.

On the one occasion I did buy myself an advent calendar my OH kept pinching the chocolates. What we needed was a couples advent calendar like this gorgeous one from Hotel Chocolat. It two baby truffles behind each window. You’ll uncover a host of delicious flavours, including festive Mulled Wine, Pecan Gingerbread, Cinnamon Praline and other treats.

My goodness doesn’t that sound completely delicious. Even if there is only you it would be rather fab to get two chocs each morning wouldn’t it! I certainly wouldn’t say no.

I really enjoy orange flavoured chocolate. I used to be able to buy orange coloured & orange flavoured chocolate drops (to put on top of a chocolate cake & eat a few in the process) but a year ago I moved (200 miles away) and can’t get them where I live now, it’s very frustrating!
