My 30 day Zenflore Review

So last month I posted about the start of my Zenflore trial and now I am back to let you know how that went and how I feel.

What was the Zenflore trial?

Just a quick recap for those of you who didn’t get a chance to read it – I was given Zenflore to take for 30 days. Zenflore is a psychbiotic supplement designed to support your body during busy and demanding times.

It is actually proven to reduce the level of the stress hormone, cortisol. It’s a completely natural supplement which appealed to me greatly.

Zenflore has been clinically proven to reduce the symptoms of everyday stress, including tiredness, low energy, tension headaches and a weakened immune system.

It sounded promising, right?

Taking my Zenflore

The best way for me to remember anything is to put it in my phone or put it on my desk. I actually decided to put Zenflore on my desk and this was the way I remembered to take it each morning as I checked my emails.  No problems and easy to swallow capsule (veggie friendly) and absolutely no side effects.

The last 4 weeks.

On the surface the last 4 weeks could have been uber stressful  – I  had to go and make a podcast in London and was told at the last minute we were being filmed!  I have been trying to launch a new website and am having all sorts of difficulties. Money flow has been a little problematic and I had half term with a heavy workload, plus the kids at home. Tricksy!

But actually, you know I have felt okay. I have lost weight, my skin is clearer and I have had a lot of energy. I have been robust and resilient in the face of any issues. We have been to the beach, out for dinner and for lots of rejuvenating walks.  I have taken more rest.

I don’t know if it’s the excitement of a new project, an investment in my wellness or the sun coming out has helped re-energise me or it is all a result of taking Zenflore. I am happy with how I feel though and stress seems to be at bay!

I did not experience any zenflore sife effects but of course do read the labels and really understand for your self any possibilities

So yes a big ole thumbs up from me for my Zenflore trial!
