grilled Cottage Cheese on Toast

A delicious and healthy Cottage Cheese recipe

  • 4 slices wholemeal breas
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 8 plum tomatoes (roasted
  • cottage cheese ( you choose how much!)
  • pinch of dill
  • 1-2 avocado - sliced
  • pinch of oregano
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of chilli flakes


  • Spread some homemade tomato sauce on a slice of toasted bread (or finely chop some roasted baby tomatoes and place them on the slice), or both!
  • layer it with some cottage cheese, freshly cut dill and avocado slices if like ‘em.
  • Sprinkle some oregano seasoning over the top and of course, some salt and chilli flakes.
  • Pop it in the oven or toast it on an open pan until the bread is crisp.
