This week despite being being my sons birthday (8 days after my daughters!) and there being another week of cake, Pizza restautrant , and all sorts of goodies for the party in my cupboarfds i have come through and lost 2lbs . Hurray. So in 8 weeks I have lost 23 lb. Brillinat!
I feel I am starting to make better choices about my food though this still isn’t ‘natural’ to me. Here are some of those choices this week.
I busied myself entertaining the kids rather than eating my favourite dough ball starter when we were out.
I also chose a nice coffee over desert
I have stacked my cupboards up with nice fruit and each time I fancied cake I ate a little bit of mango or strawberry and ran out the kitchen.

I want to be heathy and I need to be slimmer to be healthy and I keep telling myself that when temptation gets too big.
I have a lovely pair of jeans I want to get into. I ithink anotheer 5 lbs or so off and they will fit me.
What helped this week
My Jenny Craig consultant talked me through cooking a meal by myself carefully balanced as Jenny Craig encourage I had a baked potato , 3 little quorn sausages and some beans .
Having a little change and a few old favourites back in the diet has been brilliant plus I feel like I am starting to take a little control myself.
I’ve also done quite a lot of walking whilst the kids try out their new scooters!
