Week 5 on the Jenny Craig diet plan and a BIG goal

I am now at the end of week 5 on the Jenny Craig diet.

My weight loss this week is another 3lbs so that is 18lb total in 5 weeks. Yay! Am feeling a lot healthier and played football today for the first time in ages without getting breathless. On friday I walked for hours around Alton Towers. I am so delighted to be feeling fitter. I am under no illusion I have almost 5 stone more to lose to get to goal but I am on track. This diet really worked for me, I think having the choice taken away has helped a lot. I do still choose my salad and veg and my drinks but everything else is timetabled and for now thats such a big relief. I ‘ve been reading the success stories on the website and they are truly inspiring.

It’s certainly breaking my bread habit!

I decided I need to really push myself to stay on track so I have set out my stall to lose 3 stone in total in aid of Toybox. Toybox is a a chairty that helps street children in South America who live in such sad, desperate circumstances. I aim to raise £1000 for them by Christmas through lots of endeavours If you have a spare £1 to donate to the cause that  would be amazing and I promise to fo my best to keeop  to my end of the bargain and shift that 3 stone!
