This week I have begun to start exercising. Only mildly I aimed for 4 walks of a bout 20 minutes each. I did manage it though 2 happened to be one day. I think next week I need to schedule exercise into my diary and do it near the start of the day so the day doesn’t run away with me.
I have had a good week. Though everywhere I go i do seem to be MET by the smell of bread which I absolutely adore and for some reason I am CRAVING omelettes.
I have found If I skip any of many Jenny Craig food I got too hungry and can make silly impulse decisions soIi need to eat small and regularly to stave off that kind of humger.
This week Ive been reading about mindset in my Jenny Craig file and I think I use food manage my stress quite a lot. I seem to fall into the self scrificer mindset. This really rang a bell. Apparently this type of person regularly ‘lapses with their activity programme and uses food as instant gratidfication when they are stressed as they are juggling so many roles their personal prioritires get overshadowed. I can relate to that. I am going to look with my consulatant Millie todayin our phone consultation about healthier coping staratergies (lock the kitchen door???).
This week’s weight loss is abnother 3lbs so I have now lost 12lb.
I really am delighted with this.
