Week 13 The Jenny Craig Diet Plan

I am back on track this week and have lost 2lbs. I am delighted after last weeks gain and I am being much more mindful of all I eat.

Today I thought I would tell you about breakfast. Pre Jenny Craig I often skipped breakfast but now I eagerly anticptae it as I get up and I alternate between cereals or sometimes a  poached egg and grilled tomatoes on toast (and I treat myself each morning to a nice coffee too). Having breakfast does really seem to set me up for the day and I rarely feel hungery before lunch nowadays which is a HUGE improvement.

Here is my Jenny Craig breakfast: Jenny Craig yogurt coated flakes, and raspberries. Delicious!!
