Walking With Dinosaurs – The Arena Spectacular, Nottingham

We have just come back form seeing Walking with Dinosaurs  The Arena Spectacular at the Capital FM Arena in Nottingham. Oh my word. It was superb. 20 life sized dinosaurs are bought to life.

Based on the award-winning BBC television series Walking with Dinosaurs –– The Arena Spectacular is a 12.5 million stage version.  It has now been seen by over 7 million people and is ranked no.4 in all world wide tours. It is absolutely amazing! These huge creatures are so realistic. Their history is narrated so well and you are just drawn into their story

The dinosaurs are so big the show  can only fit into arenas!  The show is educational and it is exciting, it is absolutely awe inspiring.

My son was dinosaur mad as a tot and I wasn’t exactly enthralled. Now at 8 he still knew all their names  and was lapping up the information and on the edge of his seat. My daughter is five and was giggly scared  and entranced. I had thought she would be bored! My husband thought it was exciting and entertaining and I just adored it. We loved the fight scenes and the baby and mummy T-rex’s relationship best but it was all good. It worked for both adults and children though a couple of very little kids did look a little nervous at times!

Tickets cost from £25-£45. not a cheap night out but one SO BRILLIANT I don’t think you will ever forget. We are buzzing and I think I have found a new interest !
