I lost 3 stone last year and I am sad to say, to those of you who followed me, I have put a bit back on. Definitely heading in the wrong direction. Winter hasn’t been kind and I have been keeping warm by filling up on lovely food (when I should have exercised more and got warm that way instead!)
Someone suggested I had one of those hypnotic gastric band experiences to me the other day. I don’t think they were entirely looking. I do know someone who had a gastric band and I have to say it has worked wonders and they look amazing. Not just thinner and healthier but so so much happier.
I would like to achieve my weightloss this time without going to clubs or doing set diets or fasting just by healthy lifestyle eating well and exercising a lot. I want to do it this way so it become a habit for life/ I am so unfit at the moment and its pretty rubbish. I get tired and have no energy and I avoid doing overly physical things.
The last two days I have made myself go out for long walks and I am trying to build walks into my daily routine. I have also been out and bought a tons of fresh fruit and salad to give me energy. I need to get back on track.Its nearly summer and I may not make a bikini body but I would n mind fitting into some of my summer clothes!
Have you get any words of motivation or advice for me?
