Like most theapists I am very good at giving advice and not so great at taking it. I have eaten rather poorly over the last 6 years since having my first child and despite what I know to work,I don’t do much exercise. I have put on a lot of excess weight that I need to shift. Over this month I will be trying out lots of ways to get fit, eat welll and grenerally take better care of myslf and hope these inspire you too and I will be keeping a diary of my progress on this blog.

I will be using lots of free exercise tips as well as the Fitness First New U Personal Trainer nutrition and fitnmess programme on the Wii a kindly loaned to me by the lovely people at Fitness First and a pair of Reebok Easytones ( donated by Reebok) to get me moving and firm my bum!.
I want to lose 70lb in total (obviusly Not in a month!). I started on monday and I will do an enty on my WALKING and my FITNESS and NUTRITION pragrammes each week (plus I will record how many pounds I’ve lost too) I am either brave or stupid! Lets see how it goes…….

Oh, Becky – brave lady! I’ll join you in your challenge if you want company! I’ve got just about that much to lose and we are just about the same age. I’m doing a big (100k big) sponsored walk in August and that’s keeping me motivated at the moment! I’ll be checking back in to see how you are doing and post my own progress.

Oh I know how you feel I have been trying to get back to remotely near my previous weight before having Baba, and it is so hard. But I will be coming back and keeping track of your progress and good luck xx
