Jenny Craig week 23 – 24: Blippety Blip

It is fair to say that my diet has been a bit rubbish the last couple of weeks I just haven’t been doing it at all. Jenny Craig have been magnificent my consultant has been inspirational and positive. They haven’t given up up on me.

I’ve been way off track.

Then somebody told me a few days ago about a woman  they know whose son has said he wont go swimming with her any more because he is embarrassed of her being so overweight. Personally I think he needs to get over himself but  OMG I would be so upset if this was me.

I have to stay focussed on why I am doing this,  HEALTH, FITNESS and A BETTER ROLE MODEL to the KIDS I have to remind myself how far I have come. Today I am back on track. I can do this and I will.

There will definitely be  better news next week! I want to get in one of these next summer and I have 3 1/2 stone to go…better get started!

    You can do it! I have been on Jenny Craig diet for the 4th week and I find that if I stick to their menu I can lose the excess weight. Just try distracting yourself from nibbling by focusing on what you have got to do – writing/ bloging/ reading/ laundry. Good luck! Xx
