would love to win for my mum, she really is the best. She is always there when i need her and also a great help with my kids.
I loved my mum as she was the best Grandmother in the whole wide world and she gave me the skills and confidence to be the woman I am today.
I love my Mum because despite everything I put her through as a teenager, she supported me and loves me for who i am.
I love my mum because she sacrificed a lot, including her career when I was young. Then she became my role model by becoming a successful creative business woman more than twenty years ago. Her optimism and hard work is something I look up to. She is always there for me whenever i need her. She is a fabulous and loving grandmother as well.
Thanks
Ipshita x

She’s never let me down and is always there for me
I love my mum because no matter how far away she is, as she lives in France, she’s still always there for me and only the plan ride away if I need her.
I love my mum – it is only now that I realise how many sacrifices she made when I was growing up 🙂

Emma
Because no matter if she agrees with what I’m doing, or how I live my life she’s always there to support and encourage me.
I loved my mum because she was always smiling, positive and happy – and she loved me unconditionally even when I was a horror teenager! I miss her so much and still talk to her every day, even though she’s been ‘up in heaven’ for over 10 years now. Love you Mum xxxxx
I love my mum because she is a star, I had a traumatic birth 2 years ago and was in hospital for over 10 months following it. My mum looked after my husband and rallied the family around to provide care for my son to free up my husband and give him some respite and time to visit me in intensive care. She has always been there for me and still is now she still looks after my son for one day and night a week which gives me time to rest and relax from the busy days I have with my son!!
I love my mum because she gave me two amazing sisters, they are the best present I have ever had. Mum is so full of love, even now at 65 yrs of age she still runs round looking after us all, she would give us her last penny if we asked. She is always full of wise words and advice. Mum always says the right thing. She is my best friend and I love her infinity.
I havn’t always had a good relationship with my Mum but now I’m older and realise she isn’t getting any younger I love her to bits.
Because although she has an opinion on EVERYTHING she has my best interests at heart!
I love my Mum becasue she’s my Star.
When ever I need her,I don’t have to go far.
She lives local, just down the road.
She’s always around when I need to unload.
She’s my best friend, we chat all the time.
She’s my tea buddy when I need to unwind.
She’s the best Nanny ever, my children adore her
If she wasn’t around, my life would be a blurr.
My life is much better just because she’s here.
I love her so much, not just on Mothers Day, but ALL YEAR!
My best friend and the best granny ever
I love my Mum because she is now a really strong woman I really admire. She has gone through many trials and tribulations like many people in life and has come through them with flying colours. I am extremely proud of her and love her because even when others were judging my lifestyle choices she has always unconditionally loved and supported me throughout. My Mum is truly a star in my eyes.
I love my mum because she’s done so much for me and my family
Beautiful flowers, my mum would love these and i feel she deserves them for all she does x
I love my mum she has held our family together, always been there for me,and the person who has been there to pick up the pieces when my life has gone seriously wrong.
She loves me unconditionally and there is nothing I can ask that is too much.
I have broken her heart, but she has never loved me any less and never stopped believing in me.
She has helped me be more positivite & instead of focusing on what I can’t do to try out new things that I can do. I had a point in my life that I felt worthless & couldn’t see a way out of my disabilities & she taught me to have more respect for my life & myself.
I love my mum because shes always got my back no matter what 🙂
mum is like my best friend always there for me and can chat to her about anything
It wasn’t until I was a mum myself that I realised what a great mum mine was (and is). I would love to treat my mum with this fabulous bouquet of flowers.
I love my mum because she always put her family first,we never went without and always knew we were loved.
My mum is 90 year old on the 19th of March and it is my birthday on the 17th.
So it is a very busy weekend for our family.
My mum has always been there for me and my familt throughout her life and although she is getting on a bit, is still active and bakes us treats like pancakes and apple tarts.Long may she continue to be as independent as dependable as she is.
My Mum met my dad when she was 17 and he was 18, they came from different religious and cultural back grounds.. She hadapted to my Dad’sway of life and devoted her time to him and us and the extended family. She is a respected member of the wider community too. When my Dad got the travel bug way back in the late 60s they moved across Asia in the Magic bus with us until they ran out of money and Dad had to stop and get a job. Mum got very very sick once but still continues to trek around the world taking care of my dad – she has learnt languages and how to haggle in markets- put up with being stared at for her fair colouring all for her family. We loved growing up in all the places we went to … changing primary schol 14 times!! but Mum, it must have been hard moving so frequently communicating with her family through snail mail and not knowing a soul.
I Love my mum because she is who she is and loves me
My mums is the best! She is so patient and kind and a wonderful nanny!
I love my mum because even though she’s had a fair share of trauma in her life, she taught us to always appreciate what we have got.

My Mum is sadly no longer with us but I’d like to nominate my dear and wonderful mother-in-law Beryl who is always organising fun things and is a joy to be with.
Penny
I love my mum because she has always supported me through all my good times and bad times. She hasn’t had an easy time with me as I have been ill for most of my life (and still am) but she has never turned her back on me and not supported me. I have four lovely children and she helps me with them all the time. I couldn’t have asked for a better mum!
My mum is my rock and a true inspiration. She is living proof that you can overcome even the worst odds with a positive view and a life full of laughter. I love her so very much XxX
I love my mum because she is such a strong and kind person. She has been the best role model and I’m so happy that we live across the road from each other!
I love my mum because she is a lovely person and has always been there for my sisters and I while we were growing up. She’s incredibly understanding and patient, and has been a wonderful help since I’ve had my baby daughter, travelling up to babysit for me every few weeks from Portsmouth to London.
I love my mum as she has always told me to reach for the stars!
My mum is an amazing strong woman. She always helps out my family where she can and is someone I can always turn to.
I have the most amazing mum. She’s always there for me & I love hanging out with her.
As my husband works away I spend so much time with her & I would love her to have these flowers so she knows how special she is and how much I appreciate her.
Unfortunately I lost my mam 5 years ago really suddenly to cancer. She was told on a Sunday and she died the following Friday. She was such an inspiration to everyone around her. My daughter reminds me so much of my mam her ways, mannerism etc. I would love to give these to my daughter to say thank you for everything she does and to show how special she is to me.
Would love to win this for Mother-in-Law as she has been a rock since her son (My Hubby) became Disabled and in a wheelchair in 2007. Just a Little something to say Thank You
My mother is a rock, she used to make all our clothes, make all our meals and work. She never flinched during any of her children’s mistakes and mishaps, she was always there, always making sure the family was a family. Now at 81, slightly deaf, partially sighted and recently widowed she is still showing us how a war child gets on with life no matter what the circumstances. I can’t imagine a better role model and I can’t imagine her not being there but I hope the support I now give her lets her know how much I love her and how much she has taught me that our lives are only as good as those of the friends and family around us. We have to look after and cherish them all.
i love my mum she was some one i could turn to, and you only get one mum
Kind, thoughtful, patient – she has survived me and my siblings and still keeps smiling!! One in a million – simply the best.
I love my mum because she is always there for me and is the best mum, mother in law and nanny all rolled into one!
i love my mum as whatever she has been through she always puts her family first, she has very bad arthritis and has had several joints replaced over the years but she never complains, she is in her mid 60’s but still gets up at 5am to bake her cakes that she sells locally, so that she can devote the later half of the day to her grandchildren. her house is always full of laughter and sunshine, and the beautiful yellow tulips would be such a lovely treat for her xx
i love my mum because she is always there for each of her six kids.
even though she lives hundreds of miles away, she is there for me and i know she will drop everything to come to me, if i need her.
My partner is the best mother I know. She has a gorgeous 2 year old little boy, and she would do anything for him. He is the most polite little boy I know, and he is so well behaved. I would love for her to be able to get a gorgeous present from her little boy. He loves his mummy the world and tells her every day 🙂
my mum is the bestest mum i could ever wish for and if i am even half the mum she is to me and my brother and sisters then im very happy 🙂
My Mum is amazing, she is always there for all (5) of us without question. I’m currently pregnant with my first baby and suffered the most dreadful morning sickness, she dropped everything, drove 220 miles, and stayed with me until I was better! She is without doubt my role model and my best friend. Thank you Mum x
I love my mum as she has been the best grandmother to my little boy. She’s also been a guide to me and I can always count on her for help.
My mum’s in her 70’s now and in poor health but she’s still always there for me and my family.
i love mt mum cos shes always there when i need her and she taught me how to be myself 🙂
My mum is the most wonderful person in the world – she would do anything for me and my family and is always there no matter what mistakes I make in life, she is always there to help pick up the pieces! She’s that amazing to me, she was there at the birth of my son (whch was quite traumatic) and she kept me safe and calm and was one of the first people to see her grandson!
My mum is always there for me and even when I have truely messed up in the past she has been very supportive and never seemed dissapointed in me. She helps me out so much with my children and is always there for me. Shes wonderful.
I love my mum so much, she has taught me so much and is never judgemental

She’s always there for me 🙂
I love my mum because she is always there for everyone, let alone my brother, sister and I.
She has been there for all of us in turn, or it seems that way.
A few years ago now, I was in a bad relationship and with two very small children. It was my mom who gave me the courage to leave and live on my own with my two little ones. For which I will always be eternally grateful.
She is a very special lady, and at 82 it is just amazing how much strength she possesses.
My mum is everything to me, she has this something about her that makes you happy even when your really sad, she has the warmest smile and the kindest heart and i’m so proud to be her daughter, she’s everything i want to be.

My Mum is always there for me, what ever happens
I love my mum because she’s fantastic!
she the only person in my life that has been & is there for me whenever & whatever happens xx
I love my Mum not just because she is my Mum because she is the person l admire more than anyone in the world. She has had a hard life and has had many knocks but always stays positive and there for everyone else. If anyone asked me who l would most like to be like it would be my Mum.
my nearly mum is a star and a fantastic role model
she is 4ft 10 in with shocking red hair all her own at 60 years old and a welder.
you cant beat knowing a tiny female pensioner welder
she is good fun too
i <3 my mum because she <3's me. Its as simple as peas xxx
I love my Mum because she stays so upbeat and encouraging, even in ‘hard times’. She is also one of the funniest people I know, and sees the funny side of practically any situation!
I love my mum because she is simply the best, given me all the best advice in my life and is always there when I need here, even now as she is growing older.
I love my Mum because she has always been there for me and I know she always will be. She is an absolute superstar and we would be lost without her! She is one in a million!
She’s my mum. Enough said!
My great aunt has been like a mum to me since I lost my own. She is always there to offer advice, lends me a shoulder to cry on when I need it, and is like a grandmother to my two children, that’s why I love her so much.
I love my mum because she is always there is listen! 🙂
I love my Mum cause she is a star at helping with my two autistic boys, despite her own issues. That’s love. 🙂
My mum has a wicked sense of humor. She’s more like my best friend.
I love my mum because she has always been there for us. She has been in remission from cancer for the last 10 years and is currently looking after my dad who has had two knee replacements. No mean feat! I love her for just being her! thanks mum
I love my Mum because she has always supported me and loved me, even if she doesnt agree with what i have done
I love my mum because she has always been very welcoming to all my friends and boyfriends (no matter how dodgy they were!). She gives advice but always let us make mistakes – so we’d learn. She’s always there too.
I love my mum quite aimply because she’s my mum, always there for me whether I’m right or wrong, has guided me in life with some great advice, most of which I realised was good after I’d done the opposite! and no matter what a cuddle from her makes everything better. and now she’s an equally great Grandma and she is so loved 🙂
I dont need a specific reason to love my mum! She is wonderful!
My Mum is amazing. even though she’s almost 80 & suffers from terrible arthritis she never lets it stop her doing things
I loved my mum because she always had time to play with me when I was small, she had a fantastic sense of humour and we laughed a lot, and because she put up with me even when I was a teenager!
my mum has had such a rough year. she lost her sister a few months ago, and though she’s still grieving she puts on a brave face and a smile for everyone around her. she takes on so much responsibility, for her family, her friends, and even her local community. a real do gooder! my dad is probably not available to her as much as he should be. so it’s up to us kids to show her that she really is special. i love her to bits and really want to do my best to make sure she knows she is valued, not just as a great mother but as a fantastic human being. love you mum.
Actions speak louder than words and this lady has supported me from start to presence in every single step I’ve taken!
My mum was widowed 8 years ago, but she remains really positive about life – she’s nearly 80, but still fiercely independent. She has a great attitude to life!
I love my mum because:
She never expects me to be anyone other than who i am and loves me anyway
I love my mum cos when i was growing up she was always a constant source of love and warmth. She made up for my dad not being there as much as he could have been. I really only needed my mum.
I sadly lost my Mum a year ago and the reason she was special is that she was actually my step mum as my mother died when I was only a baby and she always kept my natural mother’s memory alive for me so that I felt as though I remembered her.
I love my mum as she has been a great help since I had a baby and have suffered with post natal depression. She is my best friend 🙂
My mum always stood by through thick and thin, and was always there to pick up the pieces when things went wrong
I love my mum because not only is she my parental figure, she’s my best friend. She supports me, stands by me and helps me through thick and thin. That’s why I love her to pieces. Plus she makes a cracking sunday dinner 😀
My elder sister takes the place of my mum. She is 17years older than me and has been there for me all my life, through good times and bad, and even taken me in when I had no place to live. She does not often tell people how much she cares for them, but shows them in so many ways.
I love my mum cos shes always there for me and at the end of a tiring week looking after three small children, she enjoys taking the children out for a few hours and giving me some time to myself. I really appreciate this and try to show her in lots of little ways.
I love my Mum because………….I do. Mum’s are just special in every single way
My Mom’s lovely & she’s always there for me, I love her so much xxx

I love the mum figure in my life because she devoted her life to bringing up me and my sister who were a nightmare at times but despite this she stood beside us through thick and thin. She is an incredible, strong, beautiful and wonderful person inside and out.
I love my mum because she was there for me and my kids when i needed to work 55 hours a week, thank god thats behind me but you did some of the bringing up of my eldest so thank you.
I love my mum because she has shown me guidance and given me so much support when the going has got tough!
Because she’s always been there for me!
There are so many ways and reasons that I love my mum, but at the moment, I love my mum because of the sheer strength of spirit she has shown whilst suffering with cancer. She has been positive and upbeat despite being very very poorly, a true inspiration
She isn’t my mum……. my mum doesn’t want to talk to me….. i honestly don’t know why 🙁
This woman is my sister in law (alot older than me) …… she is always there for us all. She is without a doubt the most amazing, loving person…… i feel truely blessed to have her in our lives. The loves she shows us all (husband, 5 kids and me) is amazing. I love her loads.
Mum works so hard she needs a double but nothing is too much trouble
I love my mum because she gave me everything I needed and helped me to be the person I am now! She has always been the strong one in our family to support us all 🙂
I love my Mum because she’s always there when I need her
I love my mum because she is always caring, always fair, always loving and always there.
I love my Mum because she is amazing (I know I’m biased hehe)
I love my mum because she is always there for me and my girls and I am guilty of taking her for granted and not always saying I love you
because she is so strong and teaches me not to give up easily
My mum has sacrificed a lot for me and my sister and she is always there whenever I need her.
I think my mum should win because shes the best simples!
I love my mum because she has always been there for me and my children, helping me at the drop of a hat, now her health is poor and she lost her husband just before christmas. So I want her to know how much she means to me. xxx
My mum is fabulous! She doesn’t interfere, but she’s always there if I need her. She gives great advice and has helped me out so much in the past year in particular.
I love my mum but don’t show it enough. Our family has been through tough times but my mum is always strong. She is known for her kindness and she has an infectious laugh. If she ever gets the giggles, my smile will turn into a giggle too.
I love my mum because she is my mum
My mum is the best in the world. When I was ill last year she looked after my 5 children and regularly made meals for us at home and bought them to us. She would also do my housework. x
I love my mum because she thinks I´m funny. Nobody else laughs at my jokes!
My mum is my rock and she’s always there for me during the rough and the smooth. I don’t know what I would do without her. I may be 32 now but i’m still her little girl.
I would give them to my mother in law, she has been an absolute gem looking after my daughter whilst I work full-time, she has also lost a close friend this year and her sister is ill with terminal cancer. I cannot thank her enough for the help and support she has given us as a family.
Lets take for granted all the usual stuff. One of the special reasons I love my mum is because she loves tulips and so do I!
I love my wife Patricia – such a great Mum and Mamma.
I love my mum because she would do any thing for me! She helps me with childcare whilst I am working etc!
I love my mum because she supports and accepts everything I do and is totally selfless always putting others before herself.
I love my mum because she supports and accepts everything I do and is totally selfless always putting others before herself.x
My mum and my s.mum have both sadly passed away. My Dad is both mum and Dad to us children..he has done so much for us that I honestly cannot even begin to put it all in to words!
The best thing about my Mum is her bravery and tenacity. She has been through so much in her life, including being left a single mother of three kids when my Dad died. She never complains, and is always there for anyone. She’s never got any money because she will invariably give her last pound to someone who needs it. My dream is to be in a financial position to look after her for a change. I’m not ashamed to say that she is my heroine and the person I look up to the most in this world. No matter that I am an adult and a mother myself, I am proud to say that:
I LOVE MY MUM!!!
PS – She’s not perfect, I know that, like the fact that every piece of advice she has ever given me, (especially in regards to parenting), has been 100% spot on is pretty annoying!
i lovemy mum because, when i was a child she cwtched me, when i was a teenager she cried with me and now im an adult with my own 4 children she is still there for me and also passes those lovely cwtches onto my children her grandchildren x
I love my mum because she is the best.
I love my mum because she is a lovely, kind lady who cares for everyone else.
I love my mum cos she always let me wipe my nose on her shoulder to make me laugh if I was upset!
I love my mum because despite being 300 miles away she is always there for me, a rant, a moan, a boast is just a call, text or email away
@littleboo_21
I love my mum because she is always there for me and is one of my best friends.
My mum is so special and I love her very much, for no particular reason, just for being there for me whenever I need any support, thanks mum x
I loved my Mum because she was everything a mum should be, loving, caring, selfless and she always saw the best in everyone. Just a beautiful person even though her life was hard because she nursed my dad for many years.
I love my mum because she has always worked hard for me and my sister to ensure that we had more opportunities in life than she had in hers. She has never begrudged us any of the sacrifices she made, and she takes great joy in our achievements. Even now at 87 she wants to do anything she can to help us be successful and happy.
I love my mum for all the support and help she’s given me over the years, and for how excited she is about her soon to be born grandchild. 🙂

My Mum is an amazing! Since I have had my first child she has driven 2 1/2 hours often to babysit, help me clean, cook and given moral support! i love my mum, she is so special to me. she is always there for me and the whole family. i love her so much.x
I love my Mum as she’s always there when I need a bit of help. My washing ,machine was broken recently for a month. In that time she did ALL my washing and ironed it too. Who else would do that other than a Mum x
Why do I love my Mother, well she’s been there for me all my life, when I’ve had a problem, its Mother I turn to.
She’s fantastic, 80 years young, five children, 26 grand children & almost 15 great grandchildren!
she still lives in her own house, the one that I grew up in along with my four brothers, does over 90% of the housework herself, we had to insist she used a window cleaner for cleaning the upstairs outside window, but she stands there watching him making sure he does it to her standard! We also got a local lady to come in a vacuum the stairs, as she almost fell down from the top last year.
Her cooking is outstanding – she loves her TV chefs James Martin being her favourite, she loves experimenting with recipes and adapting them.
Her skin is fabulous, only a couple or so weeks ago, she was going into town to get some shopping & the bus driver made her show her pass as he didn’t believe her – that more than made her day! She’s used Dove for over 30 years, a friend bought it her after my father died in 1978 & she has used it daily since, no crows feet & skin thats had more comments than Jane Fonda’s!
She’s just always there when anyone needs her. Being 80 I get scared of how time is running out, although she’s planning a party for her 85th!
I love my mum because despite having a terribly tough couple of years, having undergone a major operation followed by cheamotherapy, she never lets life knock her down and always puts others before herself. She’s been there for us as much as we’ve been there for her throughout tough times. I’d be lost without her! These flowers would mean a lot to her as she is a really keen gardener but hasn’t been able to do as much as she usually would while she has been ill.
I love my mum because she always puts us first 🙂 And she adores my kids almost as much as I do 😀 @pipersky
I love my mum cos she was wise, full of good advice and knitted all my Sindy clothes!
She’s an inspiration to everyone, young and old, and has boundless energy. At over 80, she has plenty of brain power and energy to give. I really admire her and am very proud!
I love my Mum as she’s my best mate and always has been

I love my Mum because it takes a special kind of person to adopt someone elses child, and it takes an even more special person to love that child as if they were there own. My Mum has never made me feel anything other than secure, happy and cherished. I am thankful every day that fate drew us both together. I adore her.
I love my mum as when I nearly died a few years ago giving birth to my daughter thanks to a lot of blood loss and other complications she gave up work just to nurse me back to health and help me care for my baby. Her help was invaluable and without her I hate to think what would have happened
I love my Mum because she’s awesome!
She has always such a brilliant guide to me and done her very best.
I chose my Mum to be my birthing partner when I had my first daughter and she was amazing – so supportive , caring and encouraging.

I don’t say I love her very often but with this gift I’d make her smile with glee!
I love my mum because she is my best friend and someone I can talk to about anything.
My mum passed away nearly 5 years ago so for a moment could I put myself into my beautiful granddaughters shoes and mind for just a moment. Bless her she is only 16 months old (crikey is she really that old already just working it out there doesn’t seem possible) On her behalf I would say mummy you are the centre of my universe (along wtih daddy too) and I really DID say I love you this week you didn’t imagine it.
My DIL had some bad news this week and without going into it in public I think some lovely flowers from her little girl would perhaps touch the right spot!
Because she’s generous to a fault. It can drive me nuts but the time, effort (and money!!) she has given over the years is so appreciated!
I love my mum because she’s always there for me, and now for my kids 🙂 She would love these flowers – she always gets herself a small bunch of tulips when she needs cheering up 🙂 @pipersky1

my mum gives unconditional love and caring for her husband, us children and her grandchildren. She is always on the go and never has a minute to herself and doesn’t realise just how special she is as not only a mother but also a best friend.
I loved my Mum because she taught me what was important in life and to cherish family above all. She had a very hard time in the War and yet she kept her family together and worked tirelessly to feed us and educate us. She definitely personified the words “Love conquers all”.
My mum never has a bad word to say. Although I’ve made some difficult decisions in my life she has always backed me 100%, even though I’m positive she wouldn’t always have approved. She’s a great gran too!
I love my mum for the unconditional love she gives me, no matter what choices I make in my life! She has bailed me out and helped me out more times than I care to mention and more times than I probably deserve! xxx
My mum is always on hand whatever the problem. She is just fantastic !
I love my Mum because she isn’t perfect as there is no such thing. I grew up to respect others and work hard and during all this my Mum was selfless and its only now that I am a mother that i truely understand. she was present during what cna only be described as a horrific birth and was rock following after whilst my little man (now 6 months) was ill. She deserves some pampering as do all mums 🙂
I love my mum because she’s always there for me & never judges me. No matter what’s going on in my life or hers i can talk to her about it and she always knows what to say. I’ve recently become a mum myself & if i can just do half as good a job as my mum i’ll know i’m doing alright.
I love my mum because she has been there for me through the good times and some very tough times. With no ‘i told you so’ when things have gone wrong, but advise and a big hug.

I love my mum for many reasons
many more than I can name
like me being a bratty teenager
and she loved me just the same
For holding my hand through labour
and the fort when I was sick
whether it be a stomach bug
or the effect of too much drink
For picking random clothes up
each time shes at the shop
because her darling grand children
would look ‘so cute’ in those trousers or top
For being generous with her money
When we were struggling with none
For giving every single spare minute
to come round and get things done

I wish you could be told
But theres just to many things to list
so i’ll just say, she has a heart of gold

I don’t have a mum….Since she left my Aunty has took over her role and she is as good as a mum to me, nanna to my kids and my best friend. She’s been there through the good and the bad and I couldn’t ask for anyone better.
My mum is an amazing person. She has brought up me and my 5 brothers and sisters single handled. She is always positive and always has time for us. She still feeds her grown up children several times a week. I want to make her feel extra special this year as she lost her mum and I want her to know how special she is to all of us.

I love my mum because she has been telling me for the last 50 years to mind the road, wash behind your ears, brush your hair, wipe your nose, pick up your feet, don’t be cheeky to your father, chew your food, brush your teeth, don’t put your feet on the sofa, say please and thank you, wash your hands when you go to the bathroom and the best one of all, make sure you are wearing clean knickers in case you have an accident. Now after all this advice, guess what my children now benefit from her words of wisdom, thanks mum.

I loved my mum as she was inspiring, dedicated, loving and caring even when she was terminally ill and her memory is cherished in my families hearts forever. Although I was only 15 when she passed away nearly 30 years ago she is fondly remembered and missed and still much loved by our family and so many long term friends!

My mum is actually my mother in law. She has supported me through some terrible times and loves me no matter what. She loves me for who I am, which at times isn’t the nicest or the sanest of people. As a in law she has the right not to like me, but she stepped in and took the place of my own family when they disowned me. Every time we speak she tells me she loves me, and not only is she an excellant friend, we are confidants for each other. x
i love my mum because she is always there for me and my partner, she was our rock when we were going though a hard time, when we lost our daughter 2 years ago. she does alot for us and i’d love just to give something back to show my appreciation for all she has done.

i love my mum because….being a mum has made me realise just how difficult the job is!
Always there for support & advice, through the good times & the not so good. Allowing the freedom to make decisions yet gently steering your children away from near disaster! Navigating the choppy waters of teenageville in the hope of producing a strong, fair & independant person in their own right . I couldn’t ask for a better role model.
Thats why mums are so important. 🙂
I love my mum because she’s always been there through thick and thin. She’s kind and caring and will always make time for you.
My mum is my best friend – she gives the best advice!
It’s only since I became a mum that I can truly appreciate how difficult it can be at times and all the sacrifices my mum must have made as we were growing up to give us the best start in life. We didn’t want for anything and grew up with a mum who was so loving – even now, a cuddle from my mum is guaranteed to cheer me up. She’s a star!
I love my Mum as she’s always so lovely and there for me. She is sooo the poster girl for Keep Calm and Carry On! she’s fabulous in a crisis. She’s always thinking of others. I’d love to spoil her and know she would love these beautiful flowers.
I love my mum because she loves me and is always there for me.
Because my Mom is the best Mom ever <3
Because she always knows what to say to make me feel better about things
i love my mum because she is always there for me she gave me life and i give her my love xx
I love my mum because she is so appreciative. She never looks for anything, so these flowers would make her year!
My mum was there when my daughter Sam was stillborn, she was so supportive and she takes care of her graveside for me as i now live 275miles from home. there are times when ive phone her up in the middle of the night because i cant cope and she will sit on the phone for hours until i have calmed down. she is amazing, she puts her own grief aside to help me with mine. she is amazing.
she’s my best friend and mum rolled into one, second to none and my number one, always there when I need her, she always understands, putting others before herself and catering to every demand, I think she really deserves this treat, a mother’s day to relax and put up her tired feet, it would be so special as we don’t tell her enough but we love her so very, very much!!
I love my mum, because without her, where would I be? Hitting middle age myself, my mum still supports and helps me, and my children, and my sister and her family too. Without my mum, life would not be so good!
I love my mum because she’s always right, even when I don’t want her to be about all family things and she’s just the best, and it’s only becoming a mother myself that I realised just how wonderful she is

I love my mum because she’s a very loving person and she inspires me, she means so much too me.
I love my mum because she encourages me to be my best.
I love my mum. Sometimes we yell at each other … but I love my mum all the same. I’ve been having some financial difficulties lately and had nothing left for the shopping this week, but when mum realised how short I was she cleared out her cupboards for me so I can manage for the next week, even though she’s hard up too. That’s how generous and kind my mum is.
I love my mum because she is always there for me and always supports my decisions whatever they may be, but will give words of warning from her experiences if she needs to (which I have frequently ignored to my downfall!). She is the best mum I could ever wish for :o)
I LOVE my Mum sooooooo much as she is so gorgeous inside and out and has the biggest heart!! My Mum is like my best friend, I can laugh, cry and be angry with her, I can tell her my secrets….she is beautiful and kind and basically I would be lost without her!! xx

I love my mum because she has always been there for me, no matter what. I know that whenever i need help or just someone to talk to she is there and will give me the advice that i need to hear not just what i might want to hear. She had a knee replacement last year and is still unable to get out and about properly and its upsetting to see such a bright vivacious woman having difficulties with the day to day things that most people take for granted. I would do anything for my Mum but i cant make that better, i can only try to make her days brighter and hope that helps. Shes the best Mum that i could ever ask for and i would be lost without her. I’m proud that shes my Mum.
I love my mum as she has been mum and dad to me and my sister since my dad died suddenly 11 years ago. Also she is a great Nanny to my daughter and my stepdaughter. I love my mum because she gave me life when there was none
My mom is my best friend and my inspiration. She has always encouraged me to do whatever I want, and has been behind me every moment of my life. I never want to be without her.
2008 was a very difficult year for my family. My mum had major heart surgery then just 3 months later a bowel cancer operation, plus 6 months of chemo. All this aged 70.The same year my teenage daughter was diagnosed with a degenerative terminal illness.Despite all her hospital check ups now she still finds time to support me with my daughter who has deteriorated considerably in 4 years. She’s my rock and a true star!! I would love for her to receive these lovely flowers as a very big thankyou.xx
I love my mum because she is always there for me no matter what, she’s my biggest fan and words cannot express how much I love her x
I loved, and still love, my Mum so much as she was everything to me. I lost her nearly 6 years ago due to illness, and miss her every single day. She was my best friend as well as my mum, and we were so close. The only reason i’m able to deal with life and all that it throws at me is because she brought me up with so much love and taught me how to cope with things. She was loved by so many people, and i feel very lucky she was my mum. As i grew up, she made sure me nor my brother went without, even when there was no money. She even went without meals for herself to feed us and didnt buy herself essential underwear to replace the ones that were unwearable. She put us first every time and i have so much love for her even though she is not longer here, and respect, as she was such a great mum. Whatever decisions i made with my life, she supported me always and encouraged us to be the best we could in anything we did, and even if we failed at something, she still made us feel good about it rather that getting fed up. Her motto, well one of many, was to have a laugh a day, and i keep to that now as it helps more than i ever thought it would. I miss her ways, her voice, the hugs, the laughter, just everything, I feel shes still watching out for me now. I could never put properly into words why i love her as theres just so much to love.
I Love my mum because she brought me into this world! I owe her the world for all she has done for me, i’ll be forever grateful!! She’s the best Nainie to my kids and a best friend to me, honestly dont know what id do without her x
I love my mum because she is always there for me whenever I need her. She works so hard and she deserves a treat this mothers day!
I love my mum because she’s always there for me. She’s also a great grandma, she loves and spends time with her grandchildren but doesn’t interfere!
I love my mum because she taught me to appreciate beauty….
I love my Mum because she’s always been there for me whether it be emotionally, physically or financially. I’m currently very sick with two kinds of cancer and without my Mum I wouldn’t be able to manage. She has always taught me to be compassionate and to help others in any way possible. She has always told me that things will work out no matter how desperate things have seemed. She looks like a model and has always made the best of her appearance and that has rubbed off on me. I love dressing up and making myself look good! I have always taken her advice which has been to my benefit. She is a kind, honest, intelligent, hardworking, beautiful woman. She is a true inspiration to me.
She was always there for everybody else, never complained, and in all her life I never heard her say a bad word about anybody. She used to say “If you’ve nothing good to say about somebody, keep your mouth shut!”
I love my mum because – quite simply – she’s awesome. 🙂
I love my mum because although we have not always got along she has been a complete rock to me since i have had my baby, i realise now how much she has done for me over the years.
I loved my mum so much, because through her kindness and love, she taught me how to be kind and loving,:and through her love of life, she taught me how to live well and love life too. Miss you every day, mum, but still loving life!
I love my mum so much! She is lovely and fabulous and I can’t think of anything I would change about her!

I love my Mum because I became disabled 5 years ago and every single weekday my mum comes round to help out with me and my 3 boys. Yes we argue and yes we get fed up with each other but she’s always there for us and loves me unconditionally

I loved my Mum because she was always there for me through the bad times
i LOVE MY MUM BECAUSE SHE IS ALWAYS HAPPY TO LOOK AFTER MY KIDS AND DO MY IRONING WHEN SHE COMES TO STAY!
I love my mum because she knows precisely when to offer advice and when to just offer cake. It’s a tricky line I hope to navigate as well as her when my two come to me with their problems.
I love my mum because she always puts others before herself and would quite happily go with out if it meant someone else being able to have something. She is the most selfless person I have ever met.
i love my mum because she can always make me smile, even when im feeling down she can cheer me up. shes brilliant with my kids, but it not all good, it still scares me if i have to tell her i`ve been naughty. i was in a womans refuge when i was pregnant with my 5th child and i didnt tell her until i was 6 months gone!! haha
i love my mum because she cheers me up when i’m feeling down and she has helped me sort out my debts and come out the other side after i had some mentall health problems last year xx
BEcause without her support the last few months I would have gone insane. We have had a few problems lately with my husband being out of work but she has always been there with good advice, a cuddle and occasionally a cheeky fiver or two. She looks after my kids who adore her and is generally a star!
I love my mum, she always puts others before herself. A couple of years ago my nan ( her mother) had a stroke and needs constant care. My mum visits every day including the weekend as well as doing all her washing and cleaning which leaves less time to spend on herself.
I love mu mum she is the best and wen grandad died she was very sad but kind to me and we went shopping
I love my mum because she has always been there for me, through thick and thin!

Thank you @chrriss88 (twitter bird)
i love my mum because no matter how much others have let me down, or how hard i have fallen after making my own mistakes, she has always been there, never judged, and never said i told you so !!
I love my mum because as I have grown older I realise how hard a job being a mum is and realise what a good job she has done.
I am great at making chips,
Growing spuds and changing zips.
I can make a fudge ganache,
Or knit a sweater in a flash.
I can Salsa like a good ‘un,
You should taste my Yorkshire puddin’.
I know how to change a fuse,
I always mind my Ps and Qs.
People say that I’m astute,
(They also say my bottom’s cute!)
But when folk say that I am great,
I shake my head and put them straight…
All the things that make me proud,
Are down to mum – she showed me how!
(And as regards my perfect bum…
It’s good genetics – thank you mum!)
🙂 XXX
She taught me everything, from cooking, to treating people with respect, she gave me so much love and gave me so much!
Because she is quite simply the best mum in the world.
I love her because no matter what she is always there for me with unconditional love.

my mum has been in hospital since November after having big heart surgery and has been quite poorly, so i think she deserves a lovely treat to show her my appreciation and love for her 🙂
I love my mum because she is the most unselfish person i have ever know! Always puts her kids and grankids first and foremost…before everything else. There has never been a woman with such a big kind generous heart. I honestly don’t know what i would do without her! :o) Worlds no1 mum!
