3 x £10 Farm Food vouchers to be won

Frozen food is Brilliant!

Really, it is brilliant.

It helps us preserve food so we don’t waste and so it doesn’t decay, Incorporating frozen into  everyday meals saves time, money and is convenient and healthy too. Nutrients are locked in to vegetables when they are frozen so it is super healthy to eat this way plus you don’t get the level of waste you do form fresh. Frozen food saves money because it never wasted and I have blogged before about how freezing bread and  just taking out what you need each day can do wonders for your pocket and your waistline.

The New Ice Age blog is the blog of the British Frozen Food Federation whcih may sound quite formal but it’s actually very zingy with loads of cool (!) ideas and tips. One of my writing roles is as an ambassador to the fabulous New Ice Age and I am so happy to support them and champion frozen food. Bless them they have just sent me some Iceland and Farm Foods shopping vouchers as a thank you for my support and they want to do the same for you.

Competition

They want to give 3 winners  £10 for Farm Foods. Simply visit the  New Ice Age blog and find out what celebrity chef is working with them. Then just post your answer in the subject header to me at becky@babybudgeting.co.uk. 3 winners wil be picked at random on Jan 21st! Good luck.
