OOh I am so glad it my turn!
Reading is one of my greatest joys and hosting Tuesday Treats makes me free up more time to read more widely. What a pleasure.
Tuesday Treats is a project bought to you by myself ,Chris from Thinly Spread Ruth from Dorky Mum and Liz from Me and My Shadow. Each tuesday we take it in turns to show you our favourite reads from the week before.
The idea is to give BIG HURRAY to blog posts we have read and loved and the bloggers who wrote them.
So here we go here’s what I have been reading this week….
Alison from Not Another Mummy Blog has been making me laugh with her ‘You know your a working mum (or dad) when...post. I’m sure you will nod your head in recognition.
Over at Not Different But Interesting Leoarna is talking about the frustrations of fundraising and funding an amazing under5’s provision in A gem of a tiddler What I love is her commitment to the cause. Such groups can give our kids such a great start!
A sweet Silent Sunday from The Boy and Me made me smile on Easter Sunday. Spring is here!
Michelle at Mummy from the Heart has had a Life changing reason to be cheerful this week..it sounds amazing Mich and just right for your family
I love this post from Actually Mummy The best day of my life and the picture of her daughters excitement is rather fabulous!
This is a wonderful post about Trying to hold on to the little things from Emma at Mummy Mummy Mum she captures the gorgeous things about her little girl she doesn’t want to forget. Such a good idea.
I’ve been reading about Paper Bridges at Life at the Zoo and I have learnt a thing or two. Oh I am going to amaze my kids with a bit of science at home this week
Brie and Pear Puffs have been made this week at Cherished by Me such a simple recipe and they look stunning. I’m going to give these a go.
Over at Geek Mummy it has been Easter-Geek Style and it did make me laugh. A chip off the old block indeed hey Ruth!
Last but not least we have Naomi Richards (who happens to be my best friend and a kids life coach) talking about Parent Pressure and if we try and make our kids in by what we buy them and encourage them to do. A VERY interesting and thought provoking post. I have definitely fallen into this trap a fair few times.
So there you have it, a mix of thoughtful thinkings, photos, play, recipes and happy stuff.
I love blogging!
